Q: DO YOU MAKE DREAD FALLS FOR SALE?
A:  Yes, we make dread falls! There are many pre designed styles to choose from, and we also accept orders for completely custom sets. All of the detailed information, product photos, and instructions on how to place an order for dread falls can be found on THIS PAGE.

Q: ARE YOU CURRENTLY ACCEPTING ORDERS?
A: The shop is always open for business, no need to wait to place an order!

Q: HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER? WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A:  Ordering is made easy with an integrated PAYPAL shopping cart system and detailed instructions on each product page. Besides PAYPAL, we also happily accept orders/payment by mail! Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: All of our hair products are handmade to order and each require a different amount of creation time. Current up to date timeframes for all products can be found HERE. Orders are always shipped immediately after completion, and we pride ourselves on having an extremely fast turnaround time.

Q: DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
A: Yes, we ship world wide! Shipping prices vary by product and detailed information can be found on all of the product pages.

 
 

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OUT OF?
A: Our "HUMAN HAIR" products are made out of just that - 100% high quality human hair. Dread falls are made from 100% KANEKALON, which is a synthetic fiber made to look like real hair that is backcombed and steamed by hand to form the individual dread locks for the falls.

Q: I AM NEW TO THIS AND DON'T EXACTLY UNDERSTAND - HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS WORN?
A:  All of our hair pieces are easy to use! Each product page includes information on how to attach/wear. Be sure to check out the TUTORIAL SECTION which features step by step instructions for extra guidance. You'll be a pro in no time! :)

Q: CAN YOU MAKE ME A WIG?
A: Sorry, we do not currently offer full wigs.
